Snack N Screen started with a simple question: what if the food you ate during a movie was actually part of the story?

Not popcorn and candy. Not a dinner before the show. What you book is the dinner; the film comes with it, on us. We mean a multi-course, chef-designed meal where each dish is tied to a specific scene — so you taste the film as it unfolds in front of you.

One night. One film. One menu. A room full of strangers who leave as friends, having shared something they can't quite describe but will never forget.

Information We Collect

When you purchase tickets or submit a private event inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any dietary restrictions or guest names you provide.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process ticket orders, send confirmation emails, accommodate dietary needs, and communicate with you about your event. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Authorize.Net handles all payment data in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

Data Retention

We retain order and inquiry records for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

Overview

All ticket and membership purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Because our events are timed, curated, and capacity-limited, we plan food, staffing, and production based on confirmed attendance.

Tickets (Public Events)

• No refunds for ticket purchases once an order is confirmed.
• If you can't attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest (same event/date) by notifying us in advance.
• If we are able to accommodate it, we may offer a credit toward a future event at our discretion. Credits are not guaranteed and may be subject to an expiration date.

VIP Tickets

VIP tickets follow the same policy as standard tickets unless a VIP package explicitly includes different terms.

Memberships

Memberships (including annual passes and tiered memberships) are non-refundable once purchased. If you have questions about what's included before purchasing, please contact us and we'll help you choose the best fit.

Event Changes, Postponements, or Cancellations

If Snack N Screen cancels an event, you will be offered one of the following options:

1. A full refund, or
2. A credit toward a future event, or
3. A transfer to a rescheduled date (if available)

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact us and we'll work with you on available options.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
• Late arrivals may miss timed courses or scenes; refunds are not provided for missed portions of the experience.

Weather, Travel, and Personal Circumstances

Refunds are not provided for travel disruptions, weather, illness, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances outside our control. If you anticipate an issue, reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.

How to Request a Transfer or Ask a Question

Email billing@snacknscreen.com with:

• Your order name and email
• Event date/time
• Number of tickets
• Transfer recipient name/email (if applicable)

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation and future purchase restrictions.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless required otherwise by law.
